Brandesburton Children were amazing at the dodgeball tournament held at Hornsea Leisure Center.
Our two teams played brilliantly ending the tournament overall winners and in 5th place. The winning team will now qualify for the next round. Mr Barnes and Miss McIntyre were really pleased with the way the children played and the results. Thank you to all who supported the event.
Everyone put their heart and soul into competing and overall finished in second place. Mr Barnes and Mrs Brompton were really proud of the children. Thank you to everyone who supported the event.
On Monday a team of Year 3 and 4 children participated in a sports hall athletics event at Hornsea Leisure Centre… and we won! Mrs Brompton and Mrs Gardner were very impressed with the energy, enthusiasm and team work they displayed. Well done everyone.
What a fantastic turn out at Hornsea Secondary School for the cross country event. 47 of our pupils did amazingly well, with many many pupils finishing in the top 10. Mr Barnes, Miss McIntyre and Mrs Brompton have all said how proud they were. Congratulations to the Y5/6 girls who won the team event, we had an overall winner in this age group and lots of our children finished in the top 3, top 10 and finished the race. These are the best results we have ever had.
